National Museum of Singapore is the oldest museum in Singapore. Its history dates back to 1849 when it was started as a section of a library at Singapore Institution.
The building is five minutes away from Bras Basah MRT and Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Alternatively, you can also walk to the building from City Hall MRT Station, which is 10 minutes away.
There is convenient parking at the Level 1 National Museum carpark, Fort Canning carparks or the Singapore Management University carpark.
